Refunds

Effective October 6, 2026

The short version.

14-day money-back guarantee

If honeyp.ai isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This applies once per company, to the first payment only.

Unused credit

When you move to a cheaper plan, the unused part of what you paid becomes credit on your account, and that credit pays your next renewals automatically. If you cancel while you still have credit, you can ask for it back: tick Refund my unused credit when you cancel in your dashboard, or email us. We refund it within 5 business days.

Everything else

Apart from the cases above, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund, or where we end your agreement without cause, in which case we refund the unused part of any prepaid fees. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Overage charges (checks above your plan's included volume) are for checks already made and aren't refunded.

On your bank statement

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller, so your bank or card statement shows Paddle together with honeyp.ai (often written as PADDLE.NET* followed by our name; the exact wording depends on your bank). Receipts and invoices come from Paddle by email under the name honeyp.ai. If you don't recognise a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank: we'll find it and, where this policy allows, refund it straight away.

How to ask

Email support@honeyp.ai from the address you sign in with, or open a ticket from the Support tab in your dashboard. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which issues the refund to your original payment method and emails you a receipt. You can also reach Paddle's buyer support from the link on any receipt.
