One check per new account. Re-checks and events in the account's first 72 hours are included. Extra volume is billed per 1,000 at the rate on your plan.
Shadow mode until you say so
New accounts start in shadow mode: every signup is checked and shown in your dashboard, and nothing changes for your users until you switch to enforce.
Fails open, never bills a miss
If honeyp.ai is unreachable, your signups continue with full credits and the answer is marked as degraded. A check that didn't happen is never charged.
Paddle handles payment
Card and invoice payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller, so your statement shows Paddle alongside honeyp.ai. Change plans any time; see the refund policy.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial of the full product, including Growth's features, for up to 5,000 signups. No card is needed.
Do we pay for blocked or reduced accounts?
You pay for every signup that is checked, whatever the decision. Blocking a farm costs the same as allowing a real user, and both are a fraction of a cent.
What counts as a signup checked?
One call to the assess endpoint for one new account. Re-checks and events for that account in its first 72 hours are included, so a careful integration never costs more.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, from the billing page, any time. Larger plans add volume, your own brand, the in-network scanner and faster support. Your users' signups are never blocked because of billing.
What does Enterprise include?
Committed volume at a lower per-signup price, a named contact with agreed support hours, a custom DPA, a security review, an SLA and custom data retention. Tell us what you need and we reply within one business day.
What if honeyp.ai is unreachable?
Your signups carry on with full credits and the answer is marked as degraded. The integration fails open by design, and there is no charge for a check that didn't happen.
